By accessing or using Pocket IEP, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the platform.

Pocket IEP provides tools for organizing IEP documents, timelines, team contacts, and related information. Pocket IEP does not provide legal advice, educational advocacy, or professional services. Any educational decisions should be made with licensed professionals.

To access most features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information.
• Keep your login information private.
• Notify us if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.

You may upload documents, notes, and personal information. You keep full ownership of your content. By uploading content, you give Pocket IEP permission to store and process it for the purpose of providing the service.

You agree not to upload:

• Content you do not have permission to use.
• Harmful, illegal, or inappropriate content.

Pocket IEP is designed for use by parents and caregivers, not by schools. Pocket IEP is not a school official and does not collect data from schools on behalf of students. If Pocket IEP expands into school or district use in the future, updated terms that support FERPA compliance will be provided.

You agree not to:

• Use the platform in a way that harms other users.
• Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the system.
• Use automated tools to access the platform.
• Misuse the platform for any unlawful purpose.

Some features may require a paid subscription. All fees will be clearly shown before purchase. Subscription charges are non-refundable except as required by law.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Canceling prevents future charges but does not refund prior charges.

We may update, modify, or discontinue features at any time to improve the platform. We will notify users of significant changes through email or in-app notices.

Pocket IEP may integrate with tools such as cloud storage, email providers, or calendar applications. These services have their own policies. Pocket IEP is not responsible for third party practices.

Pocket IEP is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the service will be free of errors.

Pocket IEP is not liable for:

• Loss of data.
• Damages caused by incorrect user uploads.
• Decisions made based on information stored in the app.

Your use of the platform is at your own risk.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time.

If these Terms change, we will provide notice. Continued use of the platform means you accept the updated Terms.
